Our lead inventory clerks are qualified lawyers and therefore understand the importance of drafting accurate documentation and all party signature. We are fully conversant with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and the new regulations which will become law on the 6th April 2007.

Our team of inventory clerks enables us to take on instructions at short notice over weekends and Bank Holidays from 8am through to 9pm and other times by arrangement.

Unless otherwise agreed we pride ourselves on fast, accurate turnaround of documentation on completion of assignment. Our prices are industry competitive and we offer discount for volume business.
